The Challenge:
Do yoga, at least 15 minutes, every day for a year and blog about it.
Why?
I'm an exhausted mom who's tired of feeling tired and carrying around the very resilient last 10-15 lbs of baby weight. I've enjoyed yoga in the past and I've read a lot of information about how it can positively benefit a practitioner's life. Plus I think it's important to carve out a few minutes every day for myself to help keep me sane.
